Justin Hornickel has an extensive background in coaching tumbling and cheer tumbling as well. A former gymnast who has worked with various circus troops and performers to entertain people people in many different cities in the US. He also assisted coaching cheerleaders to win state titles at competitions.

She attended Central High School and spent a decade training as a gymnast at the YMCA. Elizabeth received her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, which helped her master the fundamentals of motion and movement in the body.
Elizabeth believes that the skills you learn as a gymnast stay with you for the rest of your life, and it's a way to make lifelong friends. She has a passion for staying healthy and helping others.
